Indications
1.Symptomatic treatment of pain associated with functional disorders of the gastrointestinal tract and biliary tract.
2.Treatment of spasmodic and painful manifestations of acute urinary tract: renal colic.
3Symptomatic treatment of painful spastic manifestations in gynaecology.
Dosage and Administration
Usage:
1.Intramuscular or intravenous injection: 1-2 ampoules/time, 1-3 ampoules/day.
2.Intravenous drip: The daily dose can be up to 5 ampoules, drip in 5% or 10% glucose injection.
Precautions & Warning:
1.This product should not be mixed with Metamizole in the same syringe (it may cause thrombophlebitis).
2.Each ampoule of this drug contains 11 mg of sodium, equivalent to 0.55% of the WHO's recommended maximum daily sodium intake of 2 g per adult.
3.Post-marketing reports of anaphylactic shock have been reported with this drug. It is recommended that it only be used in medical institutions with emergency care. Before use, the patient's medication and allergy history should be carefully reviewed. Careful observation should be maintained during use. If any symptoms or signs such as rash, itching, difficulty breathing, or decreased blood pressure occur, the drug should be discontinued immediately and prompt treatment should be sought.

Adverse Reactions:
Allergic reactions such as rash, urticaria, etc. are rare.
1.Skin and appendage damage: rash (such as urticaria, erythematous rash, maculopapular rash, etc.), itching, and excessive sweating.
2.Systemic damage: chills, fever, chills, fatigue, and pale complexion.
3.Gastrointestinal damage: nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, abdominal pain, bloating, and diarrhea.
4.Respiratory damage: chest tightness, dyspnea, shortness of breath, and cough.
5.Nervous system damage: dizziness, headache, numbness, tremors, and convulsions.
6.Cardiovascular damage: palpitations, increased blood pressure, and cyanosis.
7.Immune disorders and infections: allergic reactions, anaphylactic reactions, and anaphylactic shock.
8.Other: phlebitis, injection site pain and itching, blurred vision, dysuria, and urinary retention.
Drug interactions:
Avoid concomitant use with morphine and its derivatives due to their spasmodic effects.
Storage instructions:
Protect from light, store at room temperature.
